1) Ensure that Sentinel/Hasp key drivers are up to date. The latest drivers can be downloaded fromhttp://www.insul.co.nz/mean/22976/HASPUserSetup.exe. Download and run this file.

2) Download the remote update app from the Insul websitehttp://www.insul.co.nz/mean/17866/MDARemoteUpDateUtilityV6-3.zip. Unzip and run the file. You should see a screen such as the following:

3) When Sound of Numbers has sent you the update v2c file, use the remote update application, using the "Apply Licence Update" tab and click on the "Apply Update" button. From now on, the USB key and its associated license will be up to date and work can be worked with the INSUL version corresponding to the update.
