CadnaA/R subscription or purchase conditions
CadnaA/R products are usually available by subscription or purchase. In the case of purchase or subscription, additional options and standards or guidelines must match the product to which they are added.
Software subscription
A software subscription can be contracted monthly or annually (12-month period). The subscription price is invoiced in advance. Software maintenance services are included in subscription prices.
Annual subscription
The annual subscription lasts 12 months and is offered with automatic renewal or a fixed term. In the case of automatic renewal, the deadline shall be extended for another 12 months if the contract is not terminated in writing no later than 60 days before the end of the corresponding deadline. In the case of subscription with a fixed term, the contract and the possibility of using the software will automatically be terminated at the end of the fixed deadline. In the case of subscription with a fixed term, whenever continuous use is desired without interruption, it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain an offer and place the corresponding order in due advance.
Monthly subscription
The duration of the monthly subscription is one month and its multiples. Monthly subscriptions are offered only as fixed-term subscriptions. The contract and capacity to use the software automatically terminate at the end of the fixed duration. If you wish to continue using it without interruption, it is the responsibility of the customer to get a quote and start the corresponding order on time.
The monthly subscription price is 1⁄6 (one sixth) of the annual subscription price.
The monthly subscription offers the flexibility to add individual options to an existing product under subscription. For CadnaA/R products with automatic renewal, flexible monthly periods are possible for the added option. However, for CadnaA/R products with a fixed-term subscription (fixed time), added options must have the same completion period as the CadnaA/R product. The type of license of the added option must match the product to which it is added.
It is also possible to subscribe to CadnaA/R products with monthly subscription. However, in this case, the Cloud license is the only type of license available.
Monthly subscriptions for additional standards or guidelines are not available.
Purchase software
If you opt for the purchase of the software, in order to ensure the quality of its use in a professional environment, it is strongly recommended to hire a software maintenance service. The annual price of software maintenance is calculated as a percentage of the sum of purchase list prices for all CadnaA/R products purchased (including options and additional rules or guidelines or guidelines paid. It is not possible to exclude one or more single user, network or cloud licenses from software maintenance. Software maintenance is available with subscription or individual renewal.
