CadnaA/R Library Manager

In the context of CadnaA/R software, a library is a structured set of reusable elements that allows the user to store and manage objects, materials, noise spectra, vehicles, insulation parameters, without having to re-create them from scratch.

There are 3 types of libraries:

1. Default library: are integrated into the CadnaA/R source code and are therefore not user-definable. DataKustik updates and maintains them.
2. Local bookstore: are part of a project file and are saved in the CadnaA/R file. Therefore, objects in this type of library are not available in other project files. Local libraries are user-definable.
3. Global library: are available for all project files on the same computer and are not stored in the CadnaA/R file. Global libraries are user-definable.

The first time we installed CadnaA/R, the local and global library is empty. However, data can be transferred from the default library to the local or global library through the Bookstore Manager of the paragraphTables. For example, setting it as follows, a list of sound levels, which contains the default library, can be available in the global library.
