If your permanent license(s) or server license(s) is not under valid maintenance, the following conditions shall apply:

A software update updates the software it owns to the latest version available. The price of an update is calculated from the total list price of the software configuration of all single user and server licenses. It is not possible to exclude one or more single user licenses or server licenses from the update. You do not need to purchase an update when licenses are under valid maintenance.

3 or more upgrade levels	50 50

It is not possible to update part of the license(s) and/or exclude others. The update should be made on the full configuration and/or on all available licenses.

If new configurations or calculation regulations are to be purchased, the software must be updated.
