Allocation of forges and ceilings/coverers
When allocating a forging on a floor plan, the forging will be allocated on the plant being intervened. The ceiling/cover of that floor plan will be omitted from calculations when a higher floor plan is created and a forging. The forging on the upper floor will be forging on its head on the lower floor.
Ultimately, calculations will only take account of the ceiling/cover of a floor when there is no other floor (there is only sky).
